KIRX-KRXL-KTUF *World of Dreams*- Official Contest Rules

 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

1. HOW TO ENTER
1. The KIRX/KRXL/KTUF  *World Of Dreams* (contest) will begin on April 2, 2012 and end on June 29, 2012.
2. To participate in the contest you must sign up at participating sponsor locations. To enter, contestants must complete an official contest entry form including first and last name, complete mailing address, home telephone number and date of birth.
3. A person may only enter once per sponsor location, per day.
4. A person may only qualify once to win.
5. Only one resident per household may qualify to win.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
1. The contest is open to all KIRX/KRXL/KTUF listeners who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees of KIRX/KRXL/KTUF, participating sponsors,  and members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.
3. Only one winner/qualifier per household is permitted.
4. Contestants must provide a valid government-issued photo I.D. in order to receive the KIRX/KRXL/KTUF  *World Of Dreams* travel certificate.

3. PRIZES (winner will receive one (1) of the following, three (3) winners total)

Grand Prize: $2500 Travel Voucher/Certificate from Radiopark/Holiday Vacations.

1. $1500 Travel Voucher/Certificate from Radiopark/Holiday Vacations.
2. $1000 Travel Voucher/Certificate from Radiopark/Holiday Vacations.

  Note: There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes. Items listed above do not include taxes. 

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
1. Decisions of KIRX/KRXL/KTUF management with respect to the contest are

      final.

2. 300 listeners will qualify on-air via random drawing. KIRX/KRXL/KTUF

Announcers will draw entry slips randomly and announce the name of contestant on the air. Contestant will then call the radio station within a specified time period announced on each radio station to become an official qualifier. (Nine minutes 45 seconds on KRXL, nine minutes 37 seconds on KTUF, 14 minutes 50 seconds on KIRX) Qualifiers will be asked to confirm address and phone number before they are officially added to list of qualifiers. Three grand prize winners will be drawn from the 300 qualifying names and be awarded the prizes.

Drawing will be held July 2, 2012. Winners will be notified by phone.   

5. Travel certificates can be used for any trip you choose. Anything over the amount

of the certificate is at your expense. Holiday Vacations will help you book your trip to

where ever you wish to go in the world.

       CONDITIONS

a.    If, due to circumstances beyond the control of KIRX/KRXL/KTUF, the grand prize drawings are delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, KIRX/KRXL/KTUF reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award substitute prizes.

b.    Odds of winning the prize(s) depend upon the final number of qualifiers. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the  responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to sign an IRS  Form W-9 or equivalent.

c.     By participating in the contest(s), the winner(s) agree to have their name, Voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

d.    Participants (whether qualifiers or family members/travel companions) agree not to hold KIRX/KRXL/KTUF, sponsors or parent companies harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

e.    KIRX/KRXL/KTUF reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the contest or is in violation of the rules.
